Run, walk or roll 50 kilometres in May whilst fundraising for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and improving access to treatment in Canada and around the world.
Wherever you live, whatever your fitness level, you can decide when and where you will complete your 50 kilometres.
Every step you take, every kilometre you clock, helps people get access to the treatment they need today and takes us closer to finding a cure for MS.

A UNITED FRONT
The MS Canada is teaming up with the MS International Federation so the money you raise will fund local and international projects. In Canada, 70% of the money you raise will go to the MS Canada's projects and 30% will help to fund life-changing research and access to treatment projects around the world. The MS Canada strives to fund innovative and ground-breaking research that will discover the cause and cure for this disease, while providing accessible and trusted support to people affected by MS. There have been incredible breakthroughs made and we still have more to achieve.
